Responsible for successful delivery of multi-million Rial projects **Projects Director** **Ferrometalca LLC – Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah (PC 611, Building 78\)** **Monthly Compensation: OMR 4,500 (Fixed)** **The Executive Mandate**: Ferrometalca LLC is appointing a Projects Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our portfolio of large\-scale industrial and structural projects in Nizwa. This is a senior executive role requiring a professional who can navigate complex engineering lifecycles while maintaining strict financial and safety governance. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi\-million Rial projects that are foundational to our regional growth. **Strategic Leadership \& Scope:** * **Project Governance:** Establish and enforce the project management framework, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to international quality standards. * **Financial Oversight:** Manage the total project P\&L, including high\-level cost estimation, resource allocation, and contract negotiations with key suppliers and sub\-contractors. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors, government authorities in Al Dakhiliyah, and major industrial partners. * **Risk \& Safety Compliance:** Lead the organization’s commitment to Omani health and safety regulations, ensuring zero\-incident environments across all active project sites. **Professional Requirements:** * Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a Director\-level or equivalent senior leadership role. * Strong background in heavy industry, metal fabrication, or large\-scale civil infrastructure. * PMP or Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred. * Deep knowledge of the Omani regulatory landscape and the Royal Decree\-governed labor laws. * Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of managing high\-value capital projects. **Executive Package:** * Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR 4,500\. * Comprehensive executive health insurance for the appointee and family. * Full sponsorship and residency visa processing. * Annual executive leave passage and flight allowance. * Performance\-based bonuses based on project milestone achievements. **Application Process:** Interested candidates with the required seniority are invited to submit their professional dossier and project portfolio.
