Key Responsibilities: • Full supervision of kitchen operations and management of the workforce. • Development of menus and delivery of innovative, high-quality dishes. • Monitoring of food safety and hygiene standards. • Management of costs, inventory control, and procurement. • Training of chefs and enhancement of team skills. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team. • Proficiency in quality management and food safety systems. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
