Print and organize various documents, synthesize relevant information, and inform appropriate employees. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s health and safety programs, as well as local, regional, or national regulations. Comply with sanitary rules and food handling procedures in all areas related to food products. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are accurately completed and filed. Be able to perform calculations for food inventory, orders, and cost calculations. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory quantities and requirements. Notify a manager/supervisor in case of stock depletion. Resolve supplier delivery issues and supervise return procedures. Verify and track received inventory. Reconcile delivery invoices and receiving documents. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Monitor and maintain adequate food inventory levels. Reject damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect items. Assist management in training, planning, advising, reminding of disciplinary rules, motivating, and mentoring employees; serve as a role model within the department. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Report accidents, injuries, and any working conditions deemed hazardous to the supervisor; attend required safety trainings and obtain necessary certifications.
Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures across the chain; report maintenance issues, accident risks, accidents, or injuries; attend required safety trainings and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Input, rotate, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights requiring excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and ramps. Listen and respond appropriately to customer concerns and those of other employees. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with the position.
QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMENDED
Education Level:High school diploma or equivalent secondary education level.
Related Work Experience:At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience:At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
