We are looking for a data\-driven **Supply Chain Optimization Supervisor** to join our leadership team in Salalah. This role is focused entirely on efficiency and continuous improvement. You will analyze our end\-to\-end freight, warehousing, and distribution networks along the Ar Rubat Street corridor to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce transit cycles, and lower operational overhead. If you have a strong background in predictive analytics and hands\-on fleet/inventory coordination, this position offers the mandate and autonomy to implement real structural change. Core Responsibilities * **Process Redesign:** Map, analyze, and re\-engineer complex supply chain workflows to improve throughput and reduce lead times across regional distribution networks. * **Vendor \& Carrier Evaluation:** Establish, track, and enforce strict KPI frameworks for third\-party logistics (3PL) providers, customs brokers, and local transport fleets. * **Inventory \& Resource Management:** Oversee warehouse capacity planning and velocity metrics to ensure lean inventory levels without compromising service delivery. * **Cost \& Tariff Control:** Audit fuel spend, detention fees, and route efficiency data to minimize operational leakage and optimize transport margins. * **Cross\-Functional Leadership:** Supervise a dedicated team of logistics coordinators, ensuring clear communication between warehouse hubs, port operations, and corporate clients. Requirements \& Credentials * **Experience:** 4\+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, logistics planning, or industrial engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * **Industry Domain:** Direct familiarity with maritime freight, port\-to\-warehouse logistics, or regional distribution networks within the GCC. * **Systems Proficiency:** High proficiency in advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms like SAP/Oracle, and advanced data manipulation (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau). * **Methodologies:** Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks applied to logistics. * **Languages:** Professional\-grade English literacy is mandatory for contract, system, and reporting accuracy. Bilingual ability in Arabic is highly advantageous.
