Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Process Engineering Manager** to lead process design initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align engineering strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust process solutions that support growth and long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Process Design**: Lead the design and optimization of industrial processes across multiple projects. * **Project Oversight**: Manage engineering teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success. * **Risk Management**: Identify process\-related risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of advanced modeling tools, digital twins, and sustainable engineering practices. * **Collaboration**: Partner with operations, quality, and project managers to align process solutions with business objectives. * **Mentorship**: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 12\+ years of process engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **process engineering frameworks** and GCC industrial environments. * Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD, MATLAB) and optimization tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional engineering organizations preferred.
