Role Overview We are seeking a proactive **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth workflow across projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities * **Team management**: Supervise and motivate staff to achieve operational goals. * **Workflow coordination**: Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. * **Performance monitoring**: Track KPIs and prepare operational reports. * **Process improvement**: Identify areas for efficiency and implement solutions. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and Oman’s trade regulations. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with management, suppliers, and clients to support operations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Knowledge of logistics, trading, or supply chain operations in Oman is an advantage. * Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
