Flight Operations
* **Command \& Control:** Serve as Pilot\-in\-Command (PIC) for the Airbus H125 and H145, ensuring all flights comply with aviation regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards.
* **Mission Planning:** Conduct thorough pre\-flight briefings, including weather analysis, route planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments.
* **Dynamic Adaptation:** Safely navigate diverse environments, including low\-level utility operations, urban environments, and confined\-area landings.
Safety \& Compliance
* **Risk Management:** Execute continuous risk assessments before and during flights; exhibit a strong "go/no\-go" decision\-making ethos.
* **Aircraft Inspections:** Perform comprehensive pre\-flight and post\-flight visual inspections. Report and document any mechanical discrepancies immediately.
* **Regulatory Adherence:** Maintain strict compliance with local aviation authority regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA), maintaining all required personal flight logs and certifications.
Customer \& Crew Relations
* **Passenger Experience:** Provide a professional, welcoming, and high\-end experience for corporate clients, VIPs, or team members.
* **Crew Coordination:** Work seamlessly with maintenance technicians, flight dispatchers, and ground crew to optimize fleet readiness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications \& ExperienceRequired Licences \& Ratings
* **Commercial Pilot License (CPL\-H)** or **Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL\-H)**.
* Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
* **Instrument Rating (IR)** (Highly preferred for H145 operations).
* Valid Type Ratings on the **Airbus H125 (AS350\)** and/or **Airbus H145 (EC145\)**.
Flight Hour Requirements
* **Total Flight Time:** Minimum of 2,000 hours total rotary\-wing time.
* **Pilot\-in\-Command (PIC):** Minimum of 1,000 hours as PIC.
* **Turbine Time:** Minimum of 500 hours in turbine\-powered helicopters.
* **Type Experience:** Minimum of 100 hours of direct experience on either the H125 or H145 platform.
Skills \& Competencies
* Deep technical understanding of Helionix avionics systems (for the H145\) and VEMD systems (for the H125\).
* Exceptional CRM (Crew Resource Management) and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm, analytical, and decisive under high\-pressure or emergency situations.
Pay: RO3,000\.000 \- RO3,500\.000 per month
