The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety. The Senior Technician will also supervise junior technicians, offering guidance and maintaining compliance with company standards and workshop protocols. \* * Key Responsibilities: \* * 1\. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle models. * 2\. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire services, and A/C service. * 3\. Carry out major engine and transmission repairs, including coding and reprogramming. * 4\. Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing training and support. * 5\. Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks comply with company standards and safety regulations. * 6\. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and job time tracking. * 7\. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and making recommendations. * 8\. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment. \* * Qualifications: \* * • Minimum 4 years of experience in a multi\-brand workshop, preferably within the GCC. * • Certification from a recognized automotive training institute. * • Strong diagnostic and problem\-solving skills. * • Knowledge of various automotive systems and components. * • High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus) Pay: RO200\.000 \- RO300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
