The successful candidate will oversee digital campaigns, social media activities, content production, and performance analytics while developing innovative strategies that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with company objectives. * Lead social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and online communication initiatives. * Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including video, graphics, articles, and social media materials. * Manage digital media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. * Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, traffic, conversions, and other key digital metrics. * Analyze digital trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. * Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, freelancers, and other external providers. * Establish content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high\-quality digital materials. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. * Manage digital media budgets and optimize advertising spend for maximum return on investment. * Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and applicable advertising standards. * Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. * Stay current with emerging digital technologies, social media trends, AI tools, and online marketing practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field. * Proven experience in digital media, digital marketing, content strategy, or a similar leadership role. * Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and analytics. * Experience managing digital campaigns and creative teams. * Proficiency with digital analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media advertising tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and strategic\-thinking skills. * Strong creative judgment with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience working with agencies, content creators, or media partners is an advantage.
