We are hiring an **Oracle Procurement Project Manager** to **supervise project implementation** and lead end\-to\-end delivery for procurement initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Provide subject\-matter expertise in **procurement business processes**, especially for public sector/government environments. * Lead and manage **Oracle Procurement** projects (Cloud or EBS) from planning through go\-live and stabilization. * Develop and maintain **project plans**, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and alignment with organizational goals. * Oversee procurement processes using **Oracle Procurement** tools and modules. * Coordinate with stakeholders to **gather requirements**, define deliverables, and manage approvals. * Manage **timelines, budgets, resources**, and third\-party vendors; track dependencies and critical path. * Ensure compliance with **project management methodologies** and organizational policies. * Communicate **status, risks, and issues** to stakeholders and senior leadership with clear mitigation plans. * **Mentor and guide** project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability. Required Qualifications * Proven experience delivering projects with **Oracle Procurement** (Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle EBS: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts). * Demonstrated success **leading IT projects** in procurement. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. * Solid grounding in **project planning, risk \& change management**, and executive reporting. * Ability to work **independently** and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
