This role is for a technician who understands that in a dental environment, precision is paramount. You will be responsible for the seamless integration of dental software and diagnostic hardware, ensuring our practitioners can focus entirely on patient care without technical disruption. **Specialized DNA \& Responsibilities** * **Dental Software Governance:** Lead the administration and troubleshooting of Practice Management Software (PMS) and specialized dental imaging suites (e.g., Romexis, Sidexis) within the Darsait facility. * **Imaging \& Sensor Maintenance:** Ensure the calibration and uptime of digital X\-ray sensors, intraoral cameras, and 3D imaging hardware (CBCT), maintaining 100% diagnostic clarity. * **Sanitary Tech Management:** Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ergonomic workstations and sterilization\-safe peripheral hardware in clinical operatories. * **Data Integrity:** Implement secure backup protocols for high\-resolution patient imagery and clinical records, ensuring compliance with local health data regulations. **Professional Profile** * **Field Experience:** 3\+ years of IT support experience, specifically within a dental clinic or medical imaging environment in the Middle East. * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep familiarity with TWAIN drivers, dental imaging protocols (DICOM), and high\-resolution monitor calibration. * **Linguistic Proficiency:** Advanced C2\-level professional English is required for technical documentation and vendor coordination. * **Visual Support:** Proficiency in using Loom to record quick "how\-to" videos for dental assistants and practitioners regarding software updates or hardware troubleshooting. **Work Context** Odonto Recreio offers a stable, specialized environment at the KIMS Complex.
