Lead and mentor engineering and administrative teams Talovia Construction is seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will lead organizational operations while overseeing complex civil engineering projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the company * Oversee planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects * Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards * Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines * Lead and mentor engineering and administrative teams * Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Extensive experience in civil engineering and executive leadership roles * Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and regulatory frameworks in Oman * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills **Location:** Muscat, Oman **Compensation:** OMR 5,200 per month Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated CV and relevant credentials. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
