Summary: Omran is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage tourism infrastructure projects, overseeing design, construction, and quality control to ensure compliance and timely completion. Highlights: 1. Oversee construction of hotels, resorts, roads, and tourism facilities 2. Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and international standards 3. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants **Omran** develops tourism infrastructure and hospitality projects across Oman. Since **OMRAN** develops tourism infrastructure (hotels, resorts, heritage sites, mega projects), civil engineers are mainly involved in construction and project management. **Core Responsibilities:** **Project Planning \& Design** Prepare and review civil engineering designs and drawings Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and international standards Assist in feasibility studies and project planning **Construction Supervision** *Oversee construction of:* Hotels \& resorts **Roads and infrastructure** Tourism facilities Monitor contractors and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget **Quality \& Safety Control** Conduct site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Maintain project documentation and reports **Coordination \& Management** *Work with:* Architects Project managers Consultants Support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement processes **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Typically 3–10\+ years experience (for mid\-level roles) ***Knowledge of:*** Construction management AutoCAD / design software Project planning tools Strong English communication Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From RO984\.000 per month Work Location: In person
