Summary: This role involves designing and estimating HVAC systems for industrial and commercial applications, coordinating with teams and suppliers, and maintaining vendor relationships. Utilize estimation software and perform equipment maintenance Job Responsibilities: * Visit site and prepare Design systems and perform ​load calculations for Industrial and Commercial HVAC applications. * Coordinate with HVAC site team and suppliers for on site continuous workflow. * Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand the scope​ of work and required deliverables. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates. * Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements. * Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services. * Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules. * Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy. * Perform AHU , Rotary Equipment maintenance and ductwork rework engineering Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in HVAC industrial Ducts and Rotary Equipment. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
