**Job Profile** We are seeking a skilled technician with solid experience in RFID and barcode printer setup , Biometric Attendance, Q management, Inventory management and Sensormatic (EAS) security system installation and configuration Role. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of installing software applications, including printer drivers and related printing tools. This role involves field installations, technical support, and ensuring smooth system performance for clients. **Key Responsibilities** · Install, configure, and maintain RFID and barcode printers (Zebra, Sato, Honeywell, etc.). · Set up RFID encoding parameters and troubleshoot printing/connection issues. · Installation and configuration of Sensormatic EAS systems including gates, sensors, and deactivators. · Hardware physical installation and mounting, system testing, and performance tuning. · Install software applications related to printers, EAS and RFID Devises. · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems. · Provide on\-site and remote technical support to customers. · Maintain accurate documentation for installations and service activities. **Qualifications** · 5 years of hands\-on experience with RFID printers and Sensor Matic EAS installations and configuration. · Good knowledge of software installation (drivers, printing applications, utility tools, firmware’s of sensormatic EAS). · Understanding of electronics, and networking (IP configuration, LAN/Wi\-Fi). · Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and manuals. · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. · Willingness to travel to client sites. **Preferred Skills** · Experience with additional EAS brands (Checkpoint). · Knowledge of RFID tagging standards (UHF/HF, EPC). · Experience in field service or technical support roles.
