This is a high\-level role for a practitioner who moves beyond descriptive statistics into the realm of prescriptive modeling and machine learning architecture. You will be responsible for engineering the algorithms that drive decision\-making for our most complex client engagements in the Sultanate. **Applied Data DNA** * **Algorithmic Architecture:** Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve high\-impact business challenges, ranging from churn prediction to supply chain optimization. * **Statistical Governance:** Establish rigorous validation frameworks to ensure the accuracy and ethical integrity of all predictive outputs within the Al Azaiba North data environment. * **Pipeline Engineering:** Collaborate with data engineers to streamline ETL processes, ensuring high\-fidelity data is available for real\-time model scoring and analysis. * **Insights Translation:** Synthesize complex mathematical findings into actionable executive narratives, demonstrating the direct ROI of data science initiatives to non\-technical stakeholders. **Professional Profile** * **Quantitative History:** 8\+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a proven track record of deploying production\-grade models in the GCC market. * **Technical Toolkit:** Expert\-level proficiency in Python or R; deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL; familiarity with cloud\-scale data environments (AWS/Azure). * **Educational Standard:** Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. * **Communication Excellence:** C2\-level professional English is required for complex modeling documentation and executive\-level presentations. * **Asynchronous Reporting:** Proficiency in using Loom to record and present model walkthroughs and data visualizations for international stakeholders. **Work Context** Navigant Inc offers a premier research\-oriented environment at the Al Azaiba North Business Hub.
