Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling activities **Senior Drilling Engineer** **ChainT Oil \& Gas – Muscat, Oman (Ghubrah North, Way 40\)** **Salary: OMR 3,500 per month** **Job Overview:** ChainT Oil \& Gas is seeking a highly experienced Senior Drilling Engineer to plan, design, and oversee drilling operations. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost\-effective drilling activities while optimizing well performance and adhering to industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and design drilling programs, including well trajectories and casing design * Oversee drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations * Monitor drilling performance and optimize operations to reduce costs and non\-productive time * Coordinate with geologists, reservoir engineers, and field teams to ensure successful well delivery * Manage drilling contractors, service providers, and equipment suppliers * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies * Prepare technical reports, well documentation, and post\-drilling evaluations **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field * Minimum of 7–12 years of experience in drilling engineering within the oil \& gas industry * Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well planning, and drilling software * Experience in offshore or onshore drilling environments * Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and decision\-making skills * Strong leadership and communication abilities **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work on complex drilling projects * Career growth and professional development opportunities نوع الوظيفة: دائم الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
