We are looking for a highly committed individual with a strong Proactive mindset—someone who takes responsibility for their work, is highly committed in solving problems. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Make outbound sales calls and follow up with existing and potential customers. 2\. Attend and respond to incoming sales calls professionally. 3\. Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and ensure messages are responded to within a few minutes. 4\. Follow up with customers, provide product/service information, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales. 5\. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and other sales requirements. 6\. Manage and monitor stock and inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely updates. 7\. Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing. 8\. Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, orders, follow\-ups, and sales activities. 9\. Handle other duties and responsibilities related to sales coordination as required. **Requirements** · Good communication and customer\-service skills. · Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries. · Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications. · Strong follow\-up and organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple customer requests and tasks efficiently. · Previous sales or sales\-coordination experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsive, organized, and customer\-focused, with the ability to support daily sales operations effectively.
