Our Muscat office plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth across the GCC. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision\-making. This role requires strong leadership, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to align financial management with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Budgeting \& Forecasting**: Lead financial planning processes and monitor budget performance. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance. * **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Internal Controls**: Strengthen audit processes and safeguard organizational assets. * **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, auditors, and regulators to align financial strategy. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor finance staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred). * 8\+ years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **financial frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments. * Expertise in corporate finance, compliance, and risk governance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional investment organizations preferred.
