




· Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved. · Implementing new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing the staff accordingly. · Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. · Annual evaluation of performance of staff and providing feedback and recommendation on increments, if any. · Create a positive guest experience by delivering a supreme level of service and ensuring all staff engages guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations. · Perform regular inspection of food and beverage (Quality control) in preparation and presentation to maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards. · Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within the budget. · Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers · Training and coaching staff on guest services, principles and practices. · Monitor and maintain the Micros POS System · Assist in new menu implementation. · Assist in conducting staff and daily pre\-shift meetings · Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require. · Develop special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials and ensure adherence to local and company standards. · Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintaining effective store presentation.
