At **Confec Algerie Confectionery \& Agro Supply LLC**, we are expanding our operations across the GCC and seeking a highly capable **Head of Supply Chain** to lead end\-to\-end supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization in Muscat. If you are passionate about building resilient supply chains and leading high\-performing teams, we want to hear from you. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: **OMR 2,200 – 3,500/month (based on experience)** * Leadership role with high decision\-making authority * Opportunity to shape regional supply chain operations * Fast\-growing international business exposure * Career advancement into executive leadership roles **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, inventory, forecasting) * Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth * Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract performance * Optimize inventory levels to reduce cost and improve availability * Oversee import/export operations and customs coordination * Implement ERP\-based supply chain systems and process improvements * Drive KPI performance (OTIF, cost reduction, lead time improvement) * Build, mentor, and lead a high\-performing supply chain team * Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field * 7–12\+ years of experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics roles * 3\+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role * Strong experience in FMCG, food production, confectionery, or agro supply preferred * Proven track record of cost optimization and operational efficiency * Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) **About the Company** Confec Algerie Confectionery \& Agro Supply LLC is a growing regional company specializing in confectionery products and agro supply solutions.
