Coordinate with various teams for automated systems integration **Job Responsibilities** Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other building automation systems Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in BMS hardware and software including controllers, sensors, and actuators Perform regular calibration and testing of BMS devices and field instruments Update and maintain BMS software, graphics, and control sequences as required Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and AMC contractor teams to ensure proper integration and operation of automated systems **Qualification Requirements** Must have attended BMS related course Knowledge of computer programming Familiar with Siemens and Honeywell systems **Experience** Minimum 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in FM industry Job Type: Full\-time
