




Summary: This role involves managing customer accounts, overseeing credit limits, reconciling accounts, and analyzing credit risk to support collections and month-end activities. Highlights: 1. Analyze credit risk and recommend actions to minimize bad debts **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. * Review and approve customer credit limits in line with company policies. * Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports. * Coordinate with sales teams to resolve customer payment issues and disputes. * Conduct regular customer account reconciliations. * Ensure proper documentation for credit approvals and customer agreements. * Support month\-end closing activities related to receivables and collections. * Analyze credit risk and recommend actions to minimize bad debts. * Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and overdue accounts. * Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms. **Qualifications :** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections. * Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred. * Strong understanding of credit management and receivables processes. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
