To strengthen our corporate team in Muscat, we are seeking a dynamic **Finance Team Lead** to oversee financial operations and guide our finance staff toward success. Role Overview The **Finance Team Lead** will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision\-making. This role requires leadership skills, financial expertise, and the ability to align finance strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership. * Collaborate with travel consultants, operations, and procurement teams to optimize financial performance. * Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiency. * Mentor and develop finance staff to achieve excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred. * 6\+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
