Hotel Cleanliness Experts assist in delivering guest requests, organizing carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or performing other similar tasks to ensure that spaces within the hotel contribute to an excellent guest experience. Regardless of the position you hold, there are several essentials required for success: creating a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, meeting quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Hotel Cleanliness Experts are physically active, often standing or walking for extended periods, and perform substantial tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 23kg without assistance.
