Be part of a team requiring adaptability and strong communication skills **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock. * Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and proper documentation. * Analyze and forecast supply and demand to maintain optimal stock availability. * Track incoming and outgoing orders to avoid overstocking and out\-of\-stock (OOS) situations. * Prepare purchase reports, pricing analysis, supply chain reports, and inventory system updates. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory data. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Proven experience in inventory control and stock monitoring. * Strong personality with the ability to adapt to changing work demands. * Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12\-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly inventory counts. * Flexible schedule and availability for extended duty or on\-call assignments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficient in cycle counting procedures. * Familiarity with inventory management software systems. * Available for immediate joining. * Prior experience in the food industry (e.g., retail sector) is preferred.
