




Job Summary The Payroll Executive is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining payroll records, and addressing employee payroll\-related queries. Key Responsibilities * Process monthly/bi\-weekly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines * Maintain employee payroll data including salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and leaves * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, income tax, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) * Prepare and submit statutory returns and challans within timelines * Coordinate with HR for new hires, exits, salary revisions, and attendance data * Handle payroll\-related queries from employees professionally and confidentially * Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies * Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams * Support internal and external audits related to payroll * Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data Required Skills \& Competencies * Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws * Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle confidential information * Good communication and coordination skills * Time management and ability to meet deadlines Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources * Certification in payroll management (preferred) Experience * 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing * Experience handling payroll for medium to large organizations is an advantage Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO500\.000 \- RO600\.000 per month
