Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Accountant to manage financial operations related to property management, leasing, and development projects. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, VAT compliance, and real estate accounting practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Maintain general ledger and support audit processes * Handle property and lease accounting including rental income, tenant receivables, and deposits * Ensure compliance with IFRS standards (including IFRS 16\) * Manage VAT filings and corporate tax requirements * Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes * Track project costs, budgets, and capital expenditures * Conduct budget analysis and financial planning activities * Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance * 3–7 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting * GCC experience preferred * Professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CMA) is an advantage * Strong knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) * Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills **Salary \& Benefits** * Salary: 360 to 400 OMR per month * Employment Contract: 2 Years (Employment Visa Provided) * Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including break) * Working Days: 6 days/week (4 days off per month) * Accommodation: Provided * Transportation: Company\-provided * Medical: As per company policy * Overtime: As per company terms * Annual Leave: As per labor law **How to Apply** Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or share their updated CV.
