Configure and monitor Microsoft 365 security features We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to manage and support IT infrastructure and end\-user environments. This position will be deputed to a customer site, and the candidate will be responsible for providing high\-quality on\-site IT support while ensuring smooth and secure IT operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and support Windows 10/11 desktops and macOS devices * Manage Windows Server 2012\+ environments and Active Directory * Provide Tier 2/3 end\-user support across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms * Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) * Deploy and support VMware and/or Hyper\-V virtualization platforms * Configure and monitor Microsoft 365 security features (DLP, data classification, compliance) * Support onboarding and offboarding with proper access and security controls * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently **Required Skills** * Strong hands\-on experience in Windows and macOS environments * Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory * Experience with VMware or Hyper\-V virtualization * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills **Additional Requirement** Candidate should be willing to work from the customer location and support activities after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
