Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Principal Structural Engineer** to lead structural design, oversee project execution, and align engineering initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost\-effective structural solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Structural Design**: Lead the design of complex structures, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards. * **Project Oversight**: Manage structural engineering aspects of large\-scale projects from concept to completion. * **Risk Management**: Identify structural risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols. * **Innovation**: Drive adoption of advanced modeling tools, BIM, and sustainable materials. * **Collaboration**: Partner with architects, contractors, and project managers to align structural solutions with project objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 12\+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **structural frameworks** and GCC construction environments. * Expertise in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000\). * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional engineering organizations preferred.
