Identify and manage project risks and variations We are seeking an experienced **Projects Control Manager** to oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting across our construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage project planning, scheduling, and cost control. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and forecasts. * Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. * Identify schedule, cost, and performance risks. * Monitor variations, changes, and their impact on projects. * Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, and consultants. * Ensure effective project controls and reporting across all projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * **10\+ years of experience** in project controls/construction. * Strong knowledge of **Primavera P6, Excel, and project reporting**. * Experience managing controls for multiple projects. * Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * GCC/Oman experience is an advantage.
