The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project milestones within budget and timeline. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues. * Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for site implementation. * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction meets design requirements. * Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for timely execution of work. * Prepare and maintain site documentation such as work permits, inspection logs, and material records. * Assist in preparing as\-built drawings and handover documentation. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at the site. * Support the preparation of cost estimates, work schedules, and procurement requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical (for MEP). * 2–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or execution. * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
