### **Technical Lead – Data Migration (Oracle EBS)** **Location:** Muscat, Oman ️ **Arabic Nationals Only** **Experience:** 12\+ Years #### **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Technical Lead – Data Migration** with a strong background in **Oracle E\-Business Suite (R12\.1\.x \& R12\.2\.x)**. The ideal candidate will oversee data migration strategies, manage technical teams, and ensure seamless integration of financial and procurement data across systems. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and execute **data migration and conversion strategies** for Oracle EBS environments. * Provide **technical advisory** on migration approaches, risk mitigation, and best practices. * Oversee **data extraction**, transformation, and loading (ETL) from source systems. * Collaborate closely with **functional and technical teams** to ensure successful end\-to\-end migration. * Work on **full lifecycle implementations**, including development, testing, and post\-go\-live support. * Maintain strong coordination with **multiple stakeholders** and **offshore teams**. * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements. #### **Requirements** * **12\+ years of experience** with **Oracle E\-Business Suite (R12\.1\.x \& R12\.2\.x)**. * Solid understanding of **Finance and Procurement modules** within Oracle EBS. * Strong technical expertise in: + **SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Data Migrations, OAF, Forms \& Reports, Oracle Mobile Applications**. * Proven track record in **data extraction**, transformation, and reconciliation from legacy systems. * Experience in **Oracle 11i \& R12 environments**. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead and coordinate across multiple project teams. **Interested candidates:** Apply now to lead critical Oracle data migration initiatives and drive transformation projects in Muscat!
