Summary: This role involves upskilling in MEP systems, utilizing CAFM/CMMS software, managing sustainability and energy, and overseeing soft services like security and cleaning. Highlights: 1. Focus on MEP systems and daily FM operations 2. Utilize CAFM and CMMS for asset and work order management 3. Manage sustainability, energy, and soft services * **Building Systems (MEP):** Civil engineers often need to upskill in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, as they make up a large portion of daily FM operations. * **Computer\-Aided Facility Management (CAFM):** Familiarize yourself with CAFM and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track assets, work orders, and preventive maintenance. * **Sustainability \& Energy Management:** Managing a facility's environmental footprint, optimizing HVAC, and reducing energy costs are major FM priorities. * **Soft Services Management:** Expand your skill set beyond hard maintenance to include security, cleaning, waste management, and catering. * Min Exp 5\-7 Years * Immediate Joiners * Required Oman Driving License Pay: RO450\.000 \- RO500\.000 per hour License/Certification: * Oman Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
