The role also requires willingness and capability to support mechanical works related to generators when required. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Basic working knowledge of mechanical systems related to generators. * Willingness to work flexible hours and attend emergency breakdowns. Responsibilities * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in diesel generators, including DC charging systems, batteries, control wiring, sensors, AVR, and control panels. * Carry out testing, commissioning, and fault rectification at site and workshop. * Support mechanical servicing and minor mechanical repairs as required. * Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of generator issues. * Perform preventive maintenance in line with company standards and OEM guidelines. * Prepare service and breakdown reports and maintain accurate documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
