Management of large technical teams and complex projects **Job Summary:** The Managing Director (Technical Services) is responsible for leading and overseeing all technical operations, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and high\-quality service delivery across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic direction and leadership for technical services and operations * Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations * Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards * Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives * Lead, mentor, and evaluate technical teams and senior managers * Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives * Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in technical processes and services **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred) * Extensive leadership experience in technical services or a similar industry * Strong knowledge of operational management, project delivery, and compliance standards * Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects * Excellent communication, leadership, and decision\-making skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ﷼٤٬٢٠٠٫٠٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
