Oversee on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Senior IT Infrastructure Manager** to lead the design, implementation, and operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of systems, networks, and cloud environments. You will manage infrastructure teams, oversee critical systems, and align IT operations with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the **IT infrastructure team** (systems, network, cloud, and support) * Design and maintain **scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure** * Oversee on\-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Ensure system uptime, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness * Develop and enforce **IT policies, standards, and best practices** * Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching) * Oversee server, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions * Implement and maintain **monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes** * Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory requirements * Lead infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, modernization initiatives) * Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams * Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement * Control infrastructure budgets and optimize operational costs * Mentor team members and support professional development **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 8–12\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 3–5\+ years in a leadership role * Strong knowledge of **networking, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure** * Experience with **AWS, Azure, or GCP** environments * Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper\-V, etc.) * Experience with Windows and Linux server environments * Strong understanding of **IT security, firewalls, and access controls** * Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning * Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Datadog) * Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Pay: RO2,200\.000 per month Work Location: In person
