Key Responsibilities: * Supervise day\-to\-day soft services operations (housekeeping, cleaning, waste management) * Ensure service delivery meets quality, hygiene, and safety standards * Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training * Conduct regular site inspections and report findings * Coordinate with management and clients to ensure smooth operations Requirements: * Experience in Facility Management or Soft Services supervision * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal abilities * Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices
