Key Responsibilities: * Achieve branch sales targets and drive business growth. * Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide excellent service. * Prepare quotations, process POS orders, and coordinate timely deliveries. * Build and maintain relationships with contractors, retailers, and other customers. * Identify new business opportunities and support branch operations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in construction chemicals or a related field. * 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals, tiling solutions or construction products. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/POS experience is an advantage.
