Lead initiatives for digitalization, automation, and process improvement **Job Summary:** The Supply Chain Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s end\-to\-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supplier management. This role develops supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensure product availability, and support overall business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the company’s overall supply chain strategy. * Oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. * Monitor demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply requirements. * Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key suppliers and partners. * Develop supply chain budgets and monitor expenses and financial performance. * Identify supply risks, disruptions, and opportunities for process improvement. * Establish performance metrics and monitor key supply chain KPIs. * Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and distribution of products and materials. * Lead initiatives related to supply chain digitalization, automation, and process improvement. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, and other departments. * Develop contingency and business continuity plans for supply chain disruptions. * Lead, mentor, and manage supply chain and logistics teams. * Provide strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * 8\+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management. * Proven experience managing complex supply chain operations and cross\-functional teams. * Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and supplier management. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills. * Strong leadership and decision\-making abilities. * Experience with ERP, supply chain management, and inventory management systems. * Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS are an advantage.
