Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Financial Controller** to lead financial reporting, oversee compliance frameworks, and align financial strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust financial solutions that support growth and long\-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities * **Financial Reporting**: Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Budgeting \& Forecasting**: Lead planning cycles and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS, and corporate governance requirements. * **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Internal Controls**: Strengthen financial processes and safeguard company assets. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams to align financial goals with business objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital finance tools, automation, and predictive analytics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred). * 10\+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **financial frameworks** and GCC energy environments. * Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in oilfield services or energy organizations preferred.
