Opportunity to build key client relationships **About the Role** New World Technologies is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the company’s growth across Education, Training, Healthcare, Oil \& Gas, Government, Technology, and Immersive Learning sectors. This is a hands\-on role requiring a self\-starter capable of identifying opportunities, generating leads, arranging meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** \* Develop new business opportunities across Oman. \* Build relationships with ministries, government entities, universities, training institutes, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. \* Generate and qualify leads. \* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. \* Support tender submissions and commercial negotiations. \* Coordinate with international technology partners. \* Manage key customer relationships. \* Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting. \* Support marketing and business development campaigns. **Preferred Industry Experience** \* Education \* Training \* Oil \& Gas \* Technology \* Government Projects \* Healthcare **Qualifications** \* Bachelor’s degree preferred. \* Minimum 3–5 years business development experience. \* Strong communication and presentation skills. \* Experience within Oman market preferred. \* Arabic and English required. **Key Competencies** \* Sales \& Business Development \* Relationship Building \* Tender Management \* Proposal Writing \* Communication \* Commercial Awareness **Package** Salary plus performance\-based commission and career growth opportunities.
