Role Overview We are seeking a skilled **IT Systems Analyst** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and ensure seamless integration of IT applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities * **Requirements analysis**: Gather and document business needs to design effective IT solutions. * **System design**: Develop specifications and workflows for new and existing systems. * **Integration support**: Ensure smooth integration of applications and platforms. * **Testing \& validation**: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate performance. * **User training**: Provide training and support to end\-users. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system processes and updates. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and IT infrastructure. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s IT compliance and data security standards is an advantage.
