Analyze markets and support revenue growth and market share expansion Business Development Manager Reporting To · Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or General Manager Job Objective To develop and grow the company’s business by identifying commercial and investment opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, analyzing markets, and supporting revenue growth and market share expansion. Duties and Responsibilities 1\. Identify new business and investment opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy. 2\. Attract clients and investors and build long\-term business relationships. 3\. Prepare preliminary feasibility studies for projects and investment opportunities. 4\. Analyze target markets and identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 5\. Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to clients and partners. 6\. Support negotiation processes and closing of commercial and investment deals. 7\. Communicate with government and private entities to obtain necessary information, approvals, and licenses for projects. 8\. 7\. Liaise and negotiate with banks and financial institutions regarding the financing of the company’s investments, and facilitate access to credit facilities and banking services that support the company’s investment projects. 9\. Follow up on the execution of business development plans and achievement of sales and investment targets. 10\. Participate in developing marketing plans to support business growth. 11\. Build and continuously update a database of clients, investors, and business opportunities. 12\. Prepare regular reports on business development performance and submit them to senior management. 13\. Monitor competitors and analyze their activities to enhance the company’s competitive advantage. 14\. Participate in events, exhibitions, and meetings to strengthen the company’s market presence. 15\. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure achievement of company objectives. 16\. Perform any other related tasks assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. · Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Preferred in the real estate sector). · Strong negotiation and relationship\-building skills. · Ability to analyze markets and prepare reports and preliminary feasibility studies. · Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. · Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. · Proficiency in business software, presentations, and data management tools Work Location: In person
