**Education \& Experience:** * Having a computer science degree * have 7 years of experience in Dell Hardware \- VMware \- Linux (Redhat, Oracle Linux) \- Windows * Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical personnel * VCAP and CVIX certified * RHCE certified * Microsoft Certified. **Role and responsibility:** * Installation, configuration anddesign VMware\-based virtualization solutions tailored to Maliyah needs which include but not limited to below. * Deep knowledge and proven experience of Dell H/W, Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware (VMware DRS, VMware SRM, VMware Vmotion, VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Server, and related components). * Deep knowledge and proven experience of Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware to set up and manage VMs, CPU, memory, storage and networking within VMware environments, including VLANs, distributed switches, and network I/O control. * Deep knowledge and proven experience to update or upgrade Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware solution. * Diagnose and resolve issues related of Dell technologies, Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware environments, including hardware, software, and configuration problems and provide support for escalated issues from primary Maliyah support team. * Maintain detailed documentation of Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware configurations, procedures, and changes. * Work with other IT teams, such as network, database andapplication, to ensure integrated solutions. * Deep knowledge and proven experience in Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) and VMware Performance monitoring, security, backups and disaster recovery, * Deep knowledge and proven experience in Linux (Redhat and Oracle Linux) workload migration for nonVMware environments.
