To strengthen our analytics team in Muscat, we are seeking a skilled **Financial Data Modeler** to design, optimize, and manage financial data models that drive strategic growth. Role Overview The **Financial Data Modeler** will be responsible for building and maintaining financial data models, ensuring accuracy, and supporting decision\-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain financial data models to support reporting and forecasting. * Collaborate with finance, IT, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Optimize data structures for scalability and performance. * Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. * Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership. * Support strategic initiatives by providing data\-driven insights. * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in financial data modeling, analytics, or business intelligence. * Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and financial reporting tools. * Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and statistical modeling. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
