Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Executive Director** to lead organizational strategy, oversee operations, and drive growth initiatives. This role requires visionary leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to align healthcare innovation with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute long\-term strategies to achieve business objectives. * **Operational Oversight**: Manage day\-to\-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * **Financial Management**: Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies. * **Innovation**: Drive adoption of new medical technologies and patient care solutions. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and governance standards. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor senior managers and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 12\+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role. * Strong knowledge of **healthcare operations** and medical service delivery. * Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional healthcare environments, ideally within the GCC.
