Lead, mentor, and review output from internal design teams **Principal Architect** **Silverline Architect** **Building 201, Al Mouj Street, Seeb, Muscat, Oman** **Compensation:** OMR 40,000 / year (Executive Placement) **OVERVIEW \& MISSION** Silverline Architect is a premier design practice steering high\-end residential, commercial, and mixed\-use developments throughout the Sultanate of Oman. Based at our main design studio on Al Mouj Street in Seeb, we are searching for a **Principal Architect** to lead our architectural studio, direct major master planning initiatives, and maintain design excellence across our regional project portfolio. In this position, you will oversee the complete design lifecycle—from initial concept formulation and client presentation through detailed technical documentation and site supervision. You will manage internal design teams, lead stakeholder engagements, and ensure all architectural output strictly respects local Omani building regulations and modern sustainable design practices. **SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Design Leadership:** Establish creative direction and conceptual frameworks for luxury residential, high\-rise commercial, and master\-planned community developments. * **Studio \& Team Direction:** Lead, mentor, and review output from senior architects, CAD specialists, and 3D visualizers to ensure technical precision and design intent. * **Regulatory \& Municipal Compliance:** Direct project submissions through municipal planning boards, civil defense authorities, and Omani ministry reviews to secure development permits. * **Client \& Stakeholder Relations:** Act as the primary technical authority in high\-level client meetings, steering design reviews and value engineering discussions. * **Technical Supervision:** Conduct site inspections during critical construction phases to verify adherence to architectural working drawings and material specifications. **CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS** * **Experience:** 10\+ years of progressive architectural leadership within established architectural firms or property design consultancies in the GCC region. * **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM coordination workflows, and parametric design software. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of Omani municipal building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental sustainability standards. * **Work Authorization:** Applicants must hold, or be fully eligible for, permanent employment visa sponsorship and legal residency in Oman. **HOW TO APPLY** Submit your updated CV along with your comprehensive architectural portfolio via our career site.
