Role Overview We are seeking a skilled **Network Administrator** to manage and maintain our IT network infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems while supporting business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities * **Network maintenance**: Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems. * **Security management**: Implement firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to safeguard data. * **System upgrades**: Plan and execute hardware/software updates. * **User support**: Provide technical assistance to staff and resolve connectivity issues. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams to support projects and system integration. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in network administration. * Strong knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft, and Linux networking environments. * Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Knowledge of Oman’s IT compliance and data security standards is an advantage.
