Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Analytics Lead** to oversee analytics initiatives, optimize supply chain performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. This role requires strong analytical expertise, technical skills, and the ability to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Data Analytics**: Develop and implement advanced analytics models to optimize supply chain operations. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. * **Forecasting**: Use predictive analytics to anticipate demand and manage inventory. * **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential disruptions and propose mitigation strategies. * **Collaboration**: Partner with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to align strategies. * **Technology Integration**: Leverage ERP, BI tools, and cloud platforms to enhance visibility. * **Leadership**: Mentor analysts and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field. * 7\+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **analytics frameworks** and GCC logistics environments. * Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), ERP systems, and predictive modeling. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional trading/logistics organizations preferred.
